First check whether the staff are registered with SGK (social security) and whether their criminal records have been checked. Other signs of a reliable company are supplies and equipment included in the service, work that starts with a written quote and an agreed scope, payment taken at hand-over once the satisfaction form is signed, and corporate references you can verify.
