By post-construction cleaning we mean a fine clean that follows the rough cleaning done after the contractor, bringing the space to a move-in-ready state. Post-construction cleaning is one of our most specialized fields; we know its challenges and work with well-equipped tools and expert teams that fully meet the demand. We serve both individual clients and housing complexes.
Before cleaning, please make sure the rough construction waste has been removed and that the electricity and water are on; do not schedule your delivery and assembly work for the same day as the cleaning.
On cleaning day, our team arrives with enough staff, usually starting around 09:00 and handing over the same day around 17:00. At the end of the job the areas are inspected in detail; payment is made after the handover document and customer satisfaction form have been completed.
