Our regular office cleaning service is planned around how busy your workplace is. How often we clean and how long we work are agreed with you.
- We work once a week, three days a week or on monthly cycles.
- The tasks done on every visit and the tasks done at planned intervals, such as windows and frames, are set out separately in the agreement.
- Depending on the agreement, supplies can be provided by our company or by you.
- Full-time staff work in your office throughout working hours.
- Part-time staff come on set days and hours of the week.

We can agree your office cleaning schedule with you around your working hours. Cleaning can be done during the day while the office is open, or after working hours.
During the day
Staff work while the office is open, keeping the kitchen, toilets and shared areas tidy throughout the day.
After working hours
Cleaning is done after your staff have left, while the office is empty.

When needed, cleaning can also be scheduled for the weekend.
What is done in the office?
Office cleaning covers the desks, floors, kitchen, sinks and toilets. The tasks done on every visit and the tasks done less often are set out separately in the agreement.

When are the office windows cleaned?
Windows are not cleaned on every visit. They are added to the cleaning schedule at planned intervals, according to what the office needs. Window cleaning is done with work safety measures in place and without leaning out.

What happens if the cleaner does not come?
In regular office cleaning, the most important thing is that no scheduled day is missed. On days when the assigned cleaner cannot come, a replacement is sent.
We take care not to change the team working in your office often. That way your employees get to know the team.

Are the carpet tiles and chairs cleaned too?
Carpet tile and chair cleaning is planned as a separate job alongside the regular schedule. This work can be scheduled after working hours or at the weekend.
- For office carpet tiles, our on-site carpet washing service uses the dry foam method. The carpet tiles do not get soaked, so they are ready to use the same day.
- For office chairs, the seat is washed and all the other surfaces of the chair are cleaned.

How is the price of office cleaning set?
Our prices depend on the scope of the work and the condition of the space. For offices, the main factors are size, the tasks to be done, working time, number of visits and who provides the supplies.
For a one-time detailed clean we quote a total price for the job, and for regular service and staff we quote a monthly fee. You can ask for a free site survey if you need one.
