01 Do you clean furnished (occupied) homes?
No. To keep our service quality high, we do not offer cleaning for furnished homes. We are happy to help with empty flats, offices, villas, facades and industrial cleaning.
02 How is the price determined?
The price is based on the size of the space, the level of soiling and the scope of the work. Use the 'Quick Quote' button on the site to see an approximate range instantly; the exact price is confirmed with a short survey.
03 What is the scope of your services?
We provide regular or one-off cleaning services to institutions and companies. For individual customers, we mainly help with empty flat and villa cleaning.
04 Will we be satisfied with the service?
With an intangible service like cleaning, our priority is not to make excuses after a problem arises, but to take precautions and run the process smoothly before any issue occurs. The fact that we have worked with the same organisations for many years is the clearest proof of this.
05 Can we trust you?
We serve many corporate companies, government institutions and consulates across Istanbul. All of our staff are carefully selected against reliability criteria, and their criminal records are checked.
06 Do you bring the cleaning supplies?
Yes. Cleaning supplies and equipment are included in the service; you do not need to provide any materials. If you have a preference for a specific product, we can consider that too.
07 Which parts of Istanbul do you serve?
We serve across Istanbul on both the European and Anatolian sides. We have teams available on both sides.
08 How is payment made?
We accept payment by bank transfer/EFT. You can find our account details on the Bank Account Information page; corporate invoicing is available.
09 What is the 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee?
Payment is only collected after the customer satisfaction form has been filled in and signed positively. That is why you only need to be present to inspect when the home is handed over; there is no question of finishing early and leaving. If there is any problem, just call us and we will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied.
10 Which machines and brands do you use?
To avoid any shortcomings in the service, we use professional machines from the German brand Kärcher and the Italian brand Lavor, along with their backups. With a steam machine of at least 3 bar pressure that can remove stains (Kärcher SC-1020), we carry out detailed cleaning of window hinges, tile grouting, kitchen grease and hard-to-reach areas.
